Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at full speed. (Remember to remove the pips from the dates)
  2. Once all the ingredients are combined you will have a thick and creamy texture.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Decorate with your favourite toppings. I have used granola, banana, Brazil nut and almond butter. Whatever you want, be creative!

      You are so so welcome. Maca is something you will defiantly benefit from when it comes to balancing your hormones and hopefully helping your periods. If you haven’t already ditch dairy as this has an awful effect on the time of the month, eat and drink organic cacao and take CBD oil. This saved me when it comes to the pain and tenseness. It helps to relax you and eases the pain.
